- 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled peaches
- 4 1/2 ounces gin (3 jiggers)
- 1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps (1 jigger)
- 3 cups cracked ice

Step 1In a blender, puree peaches with gin and schnapps, add 3 cups cracked ice, and blend the mixture, scraping down the sides occasionally, until it is smooth but still frozen.

Step 2Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses.
