Ingredients

  • bunch
    fresh green seedless grapes
  • bunch
    fresh red seedless grapes
  • ·
wooden skewers (as many as you need)
  • 1 bottle
champagne (as much as you need)

How to Make New Years Spain style

Step-by-Step

  1. Poor the champagne into glasses.
  2. Place 12 green seedless green grapes onto each skewer (you do the same with the red grapes).
    Then place into champagne-filled glasses.
  3. At exactly 12 midnight...each person quickly eats all 12 grapes off their skewer. The 12 grapes represent a full year...ie, each single grape represents one month.
  4. If all the grapes are sweet to taste then you have a full year of good luck =) Cheers & Happy New Year Everyone!
