How to Make Mocha Cream Liqueur
- 1Mix all of the ingredients in al food processor or blender. Cover and process on high speed til mixture is well blended and smooth.
- 2Serve the cordial at once over cracked ice or ice cubes, or transfer the mixture to a tightly covered container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Stir just before serving. Makes 3 cups.
- 3Note: My recipes says 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, but then it says "14 oz", so I don't know which is which. I think I'd start with the 1 cup and if it needs more, then add the rest of the can.
