  • mint sprigs
  • sugar to taste

How To Make mint julep

    Trim Stems from fresh sprigs of mint.

    Muddle with 1 teaspoon each sugar and water, in a tall glass or mug. Pack glass with chipped ice. Stir. Add bourbon, stir briskly. Add more sugar and ice, if required.
