Christmas 2010 our good friend Mike brought this drink to share. It is now tradition! A delicious festive drink made with coconut rum

A wonderful holiday drink for those who really do not like egg nog. This is a smooth coconut drink that is just as festive!

Ingredients

2 cans cream of coconut (15oz.)
2 cans condensed milk
6 ounces coconut rum
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cinnamon sticks (optional)

How To Make mike's coquito

Step 1

Place everything but the cinnamon sticks in a blender and blend till smooth

Step 2

To server pour into cinnamon/sugar rimmed glasses and garnish with cinnamon stick, or cinnamon sugar
