Ingredients For mauna kea cocktail

1 1/2 ounces best quality gold rum

1 ounce macadamia liqueur

1 tablespoon premium chocolate liqueur, such as godiva

1 1/2 tablespoons whipping cream
How To Make mauna kea cocktail

1in a short rocks glass three quarters filled with ice, mix the rum and the two liqueur's. Stir to blend. Float the whipping cream on top of the drink and serve at once. Makes one cocktail
