A boozy, lightly sweet and refreshing mint seltzer spritzer. These are wonderful with Polar Ice Northern Maple Flavored Vodka (infused with Canadian maple syrup!), or use plain vodka for a lighter maple taste. Santé!!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
2 tablespoons dark pure maple syrup
2 cups ice
3 ounces vodka
2 cups seltzer water

How To Make maple mint spritzer

Step 1

Divide mint between two tall glasses. Add maple syrup and muddle with a wooden muddling stick or a narrow wooden spoon.

Step 2

Add ice and vodka and then top with seltzer.
