I tried my first Mango Margarita at Disney several years ago. Loved it! So I found mango margarita mix at the local liquor store & made them at home. One sad day, I was almost out of my mix, but I had the V8 Splash in the fridge. So I used that. My oldest daughter tasted it & said " You need to amp up the peach, to equal the mango" .That's when I added the schnapps! (I still use the mix sometimes, but mixed 50-50 with the juice.) From that day forward all my kids have called them Mama-ritas! Hope you enjoy! P.S. I told my kids that the juice has vitamins & antioxidants in it.It's healthy!
