Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    white cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 c
    lychee juice (from a can of lychees)
  • 2 1/2 pkg
    plain gelatin (1/2 an envelope equals about 1 teaspoon)
  • 1/2 c
    vodka
  • 1/2 c
    peach schnapps
  • 6
    chopped lychees for garnish

How to Make Lychee Martini Jello Shots

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour juices into saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin, allow to soak for a minute or two.
  2. Heat over low heat, Stirring constantly until gelatin is fully disolved. (About 5 minutes) Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vodka and peach schnapps.
  4. Pour into standard 1 lb loaf pan (9" x 5") Refrigerate until fully set.
  5. To serve, Cut into desired shape. Garnish with a few pieces of chopped lychee. Enjoy!
