NOT FOR CHILDREN !!! During the holiday season is the only time I make Limoncello. It is a gift for some, and a taste for those that may come to my home during holiday time. JUST 1 SHOT ! To toast " welcome, you are my friend". ENJOY !

Ingredients
- YOU WILL NEED A CLEAN 5 GALLON GLASS JAR WITH LID.
- 24 1/2 ounces bottle of grain acohol (vodka)
- 7 large lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
How To Make limoncello

Step 1Peal just the yellow outer layer if lemon (try not to peal any of the white) this will make drink taste bitter. -
Step 2Pour vodka in clean glass jar w/lid

Step 3Add peal to vodka in jar, SEAL THE LID

Step 4Store in DARK COOL place for 2 weeks

Step 5After the 2 weeks have past, in boiler add water and sugar, warm until suger is desolved let cool

Step 6When cool, add water solution to Vodka jar, stir

Step 7RE-Seal 2 more weeks (dark cool place)

Step 8After 2 weeks ENJOY !
