Lime Gin Rickey
- 4 jiggers
- dry gin (i use tangueray)
- limes, juiced
- 1 Tbsp
- refined sugar
- tonic water
- lime wedges
How to Make Lime Gin Rickey
- 1In a shaker, combine gin, juice and sugar. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
- 2Fill two highball glasses 3/4 full with crushed ice
- 3Pour shaken mixture into two glasses.
- 4Add tonic water to fill glasses. Stir vigorously.
- 5Garnish with lime wedges. Serve.
