Lemon rum Martini

Lynnda Cloutier

don't fiddle with the classic, unless you can at least come close to matching the original. The icy elegance of the Martini especially defies improvement, but here is one reworking that works. Bacardi Limon is a fairly new entry in that company's product line, and the fresh lemony flavored result makes a great martini. Keep the rum in the freezer and the vermouth in the fridge for a breathlessly cold cocktail.Source: Unknown
