I first had this drink at Atria's Restaurant and I loved it !! Cooks note: To make superfine sugar place the amount you need plus a bit extra into a blender. Process for 1-2 minutes

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
4-5 - ice cubes
- additional superfine sugar for the glass rim
- lemon twist for garnish

How To Make lemon drop martini

Step 1

Chill martini glass in freezer for 10 minutes

Step 2

Place Vodka, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, and Superfine Sugar in a cocktail shaker and shake, vigorously for 30 seconds.
Step 3

Run the lemon twist around the rim of the martini glass and dip into the superfine sugar. Pour strained martini into the martini glass and serve
