Ingredients

1/2 to 1 ounces Chambord liqueur, per glass
1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine (750 ml)
12 raspberries, for garnish

How To Make kir imperial

Step 1

In champagne flutes, pour in Chambord and top it up with Champagne or sparkling wine - it will get foamy on top so let it go down a little before refilling it with Champagne.

Step 2

Add a couple raspberries per glass as a garnish.
