How to Make Kir, and Kir Royale
- To make Kir:
put a bit of cassis in the bottom of a wine glass, about the size that you see the stem through the bottom of the glass. Fill it with white wine, and stir gently.
- To make Kir Royale:
Put cassis in the bottom of a champagne flute, about the size of a dime. Then add cold champagne and gently stir so the bubbles stay bubbly!
