1Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth and creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Pour into 1 pint (2 cup) clean glass jar; seal with tight-fitting lid. Include the following directions with drink mix.
2To serve, place 1 to 2 tablespoons drink mix into coffee cup. Add 8 ounces coffee; stir. Garnish with dollop of whipped cream and espresso bean or chocolate shavings, if desired. Store drink mix refrigerated or frozen up to 4 weeks.
