Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz
    vodka
  • 1/2 oz
    triple sec
  • 1 oz
    fresh lime juice
  • 12
    mint leaves, coarsely torn
  • 1 dash(es)
    angostura bitters
  • 1/2 cup
    ice cubes
  • 3 to 4 oz
    tonic water
  • 1
    lime curl, for garnish (optional)

How to Make Jungle Tonic

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the vodka, triple sec, lime juice, mint leaves and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes to a tall Collins glass, and pour cocktail over the ice, then top off with tonic water. Garnish with a lime curl, insert a straw, and serve immediately.
