Hope that this is enjoyed by all. A recipe I found eons ago & rediscovered. Really must try this one as I love berries & I do have a sweet tooth or two.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 packages mixed frozen berries
- 3 cups vodka
How To Make italian fruit liqueur

Step 1Heat Water & Sugar over medium-heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour into a 2 quart container.

Step 2Add the Berries, & the Vodka. Stir gently & cover with a tightly covered lid.

Step 3Let stand in a cool, dark place for 2 to 4 weeks. Strain through several layers of cheesecloth. If not yet clear, pour again through a coffee filter. Seal tightly in a clean bottle & store.
