You had me at hazelnut liqueur and ice cream! This is certainly my kind of drink.

Ingredients

1/2 ounce hazelnut liqueur
1/2 ounce irish cream
3/4 ounce chocolate syrup (or creme de cacao)
2 generous scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed ice cubes
1 dollop - whipped cream
1 dash chocolate sprinkles

How To Make irish dream

Step 1

Place hazelnut liqueur, Irish cream, chocolate syrup/crème de cacao, ice cream and ice cubes in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour into a frosted pilsner glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, and serve with a straw.
