  • 1/2 oz
    hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/2 oz
    irish cream
  • 3/4 oz
    chocolate syrup (or creme de cacao)
  • 4 oz
    vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 c
    crushed ice cubes
  • ·
    dollop of whipped cream
  • 1 dash(es)
    chocolate sprinkles

How to Make Irish Dream


  1. Place hazelnut liqueur, Irish cream, chocolate syrup/crème de cacao, ice cream and ice cubes in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a frosted pilsner glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, and serve with a straw.
