This tastes very much like the commercially prepared Irish Cream, except it seems to be a little stronger. I usually cut down on the whiskey a bit. If you can find some pretty bottles, this makes a nice hostess gift.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons hershey chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whiskey

How To Make irish cream

  • Step 1
    Blend the first 4 ingredients well and then add the remaining ingredients. Pour into bottles and refrigerate for a day or two before drinking. It must be kept refrigerated.
