My family loves this in their coffee topped with whip cream.

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cup liquor, (irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bouron, sctoch or rye
  • 1 can (14 oz) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 pint whipping or light cream
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder (crystals)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

How To Make irish cream liqueur

  • Step 1
    In blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend till smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving. Great in your coffee too!
