    2 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • ·
    1 quart eggnog
  • ·
    2 cups hot brewed coffee
  • ·
    1/2 cup irish cream liqueur or flavored syrup
  • ·
    1/2 cup irish whiskey, optional
  • ·
    sweetened whipped cream, ground nutmeg, mint candy sticks for garnish

How to Make Irish Coffee Nog

Step-by-Step

  1. Scoop ice cream into a punch bowl. Add eggnog, coffee, Irish cream liqueur and, if desired, whiskey, stirring til ice cream melts slightly.
  2. Serve in glass mugs. Garnish if desired. Serve at once. Makes 12 cups.
