I got this recipe from a bartender in New Orleans. It has something to do with a famous bartender at Brennan's.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces champagne or prosecco
- 2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1 strawberry, for garnish
How To Make in memory of mr funk

Step 1Pour the champagne into a stemmed glass, followed by the juice and schnaps.

Step 2Garnish with the beautiful strawberry. Serve.

Step 3NOTE: You can make this in a pitcher, too. 750 ml bottle champagne, 2 1/2 cups cranberry juice, 1/2 cup peach schnapps. Combine in a pitcher.
