Ice cream daiquiri

Lynnda Cloutier

Totally indulgent and ideal for those who prefer their drinks to taste a bit like dessert, this one was designed to use Häagen-Dazs pineapple coconut ice cream, one of several new flavors the ice cream maker has targeted to America's growing Latin market. You can use plain vanilla ice cream, substitute coconut rum, and add a bit of crushed pineapple if the new flavors is a yet stocked in your neighborhood.
