Ingredients For homemade bailey's irish creme

1 can

(300ml) eagle brand milk
1

(500g) carton coffee rich (frozen)
1 1/2 tsp

instant coffee powder
2 Tbsp

chocolate syrup
3

eggs, raw
10 oz

rye whiskey
1 tsp

vanilla extract (optional)
pinch

nutmeg (optional )

How To Make homemade bailey's irish creme

Blend eggs and rye in blender for 7 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

Keep refrigerated
