Didn't know they grew bananas in Ireland did you? Well typically they don't, but it does make for a refreshing tropical and delicious concoction

Ingredients

2 ounces baileys irish cream
1 1/2 ounces bacardi light rum
2 ounces coco lopez
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 - banana (diced and frozen if possible)
1/2 cup ice
- nutmeg for garnish
1 - strawberry halved for garnish
- shaved coconut to rim glass

How To Make frozen irish banana

Step 1

In advance, rim the end of a chilled goblet with shaved coconut

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients, except the garnishes, until the mixture is smooth
Step 3

Pour into a goblet.
Step 4

Sprinkle the top with nutmeg, and garnish with half a strawberry
Step 5

Now sit back, relax and imagine the crystal-blue ocean lapping at your toes (even though it may just be your neighbor's dog).
