My best friend makes this every year during the Christmas season. Almost had to wrestle her to the floor for this one. This is a 21 yr and older drink. Making it the day before is best.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon whole milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dark rum
  • 1 cup brandy

How To Make frozen egg nog

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in freezable container. A 2 gallon plastic pitcher with plunger works best.
  • Step 2
    Freeze.
  • Step 3
    This will take a while to get frozen enough to be like a smoothie. You'll need to stir about every two hours so crystals do not form on the sides of your container. It's ok to let it sit out if it's over-frozen.
  • Step 4
    This recipe can be divided in half, but I don't know why you would want to. Cheers!

    Just this past week, a friend commented that it tastes just as good if you refridgerate it and not freeze. Bottoms up!
