- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups vodka 100 proof
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
How To Make framboise (raspberry liqueur)

Step 1Make a basic syrup by combining sugar and water in a sauce pan. Dissolve sugar on medium heat, allow to bubble for 30 minutes, then let cool.

Step 2Add crushed raspberries and vodka allow to steep for 3 months in sealed container.

Step 3Strain and filter well with cheese cloth or cloth filter before storing in a clean sealed container.
