Ingredients

Step 1

Mix 1/2 cup vodka, peppercorns and sugar in small pan. Bring to boil. Stir until sugar dissolves. Transfer mixture to clean bottle. Add remaining vodka. Seal. Shake to blend. Let stand 4 days to mellow. Strain. Return vodka to bottle. Freeze overnight. Serve in chilled glasses.
