fat tuesday rum runner

This is a delicious and refreshing Mardi Gras cocktail. It's a deep sunset shade of red, so it has an appealing presentation, too. It's best with the mix of light and dark rum. But in a pinch, you can use only one type of rum if that's all you have on hand. Using all dark rum is perhaps the better option, but all light rum works OK.
