Ingredients
- 2 ounces good kentucky bourbon
- 1-1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 10 - fresh mint leaves
- 1 - thin lemon slice (for garnish)
How To Make elderflower julep

Step 1In a tall glass, add eight torn mint leaves and lemon juice, then add agave nectar and liqueur. Stir to blend.

Step 2Fill glass with crushed ice, stir to blend.

Step 3Pour bourbon over top of ice, stir again.

Step 4Add more crushed ice to fill the glass,

Step 5Garnish with remaining two mint leaves and thin slice of lemon.
