Ingredients

1 slice fresh gingerroot, peeled (1/2 inch slice)
1 ounce rum
1 ounce domain de canton ginger liqueur
1/2 ounce lime juice, fresh
- ginger ale, to top off
- lime slice, garnish

How To Make donkey show

Step 1

Muddle the ginger root in a cocktail shaker. Add rum, ginger liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds.

Step 2

Strain into a pint glass filled with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime slice and serve with a straw.
