Ingredients

  • 1 slice
    fresh gingerroot, peeled (1/2 inch slice)
  • 1 oz
    rum
  • 1 oz
    domain de canton ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 oz
    lime juice, fresh
  • ·
    ginger ale, to top off
  • ·
    lime slice, garnish

How to Make Donkey Show

Step-by-Step

  1. Muddle the ginger root in a cocktail shaker. Add rum, ginger liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a pint glass filled with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime slice and serve with a straw.
