Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sugar-free strawberry powdered drink mix
- 8 ounces cold water
- 3 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce ime juice
- 6 - frozen unsweetened strawberries, slightly thawed
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 6 - fresh strawberries, for serving (optional)
How To Make diabetic-friendly super slim strawberry daiquiri

Step 1Drop 2 tsp. sugar-free strawberry powdered drink mix into 8 oz. cold water. Stir to dissolve.

Step 2Pour 2 C. crushed ice into blender or place ~16 ice cubes in blender and crush. Over crushed ice pour strawberry water, white rum, lime juice and frozen strawberries.

Step 3Blend mixture at high speed until slushy with no big ice chunks. Pour daiquiri into two glasses and add straw.

Step 4Remove green tops from strawberries and slice halfway up strawberry from bottom. Place 3 strawberries on rim of each glass. Enjoy!
