With so many strawberries, this diabetic-friendly strawberry daiquiri doesn't need any extra sugar to make a delicious drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free strawberry powdered drink mix
  • 8 ounces cold water
  • 3 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce ime juice
  • 6 - frozen unsweetened strawberries, slightly thawed
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 6 - fresh strawberries, for serving (optional)

How To Make diabetic-friendly super slim strawberry daiquiri

  • Step 1
    Drop 2 tsp. sugar-free strawberry powdered drink mix into 8 oz. cold water. Stir to dissolve.
  • Step 2
    Pour 2 C. crushed ice into blender or place ~16 ice cubes in blender and crush. Over crushed ice pour strawberry water, white rum, lime juice and frozen strawberries.
  • Step 3
    Blend mixture at high speed until slushy with no big ice chunks. Pour daiquiri into two glasses and add straw.
  • Step 4
    Remove green tops from strawberries and slice halfway up strawberry from bottom. Place 3 strawberries on rim of each glass. Enjoy!
