dala horse cocktail

I found this recipe on line and adjusted to my taste. It's named after the Swedish wooden painted horses called Dala. It's a Scandinavian twist on the Moscow Mule. You an get lingonberry syrup at Ikea or make your own (I've posted a recipe). If you can't get lingonberry products, cranberry or blackberry can be substituted!

Ingredients
- 1 ounce lingonberry or other tart berry syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- - crushed ice
- 4 - 6 ounces ginger beer
- - lime slices, garnich
How To Make dala horse cocktail

Step 1Pour lingonberry syrup into the bottom of the glass.

Step 2Stir in lime juice and vodka.

Step 3Fill a Collins glass or a mule mug with crushed ice, then slowly pour in the ginger beer.

Step 4Stirring gently before drinking. Garnish with a lime slice, if desired.
