While thirsting for a cocktail one night I played around with some of my favorite spirits and this is the result. Good any time of year!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This cocktail has a great combination of flavors. It's cool, creamy and the distinctive sweet coffee taste of Kahlua really stands out. Whether you serve it on the rocks or in a pretty martini glass, it's a yummy treat. This will be fantastic during the holidays or anytime you want a fancy cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish cream
  • 4 ounces cream or half & half
  • 6 - ice cubes

How To Make cumulus cloud

  • Placing ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
    Step 1
    Place all ingredients, including ice, into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shaking the ingredients until combined.
    Step 2
    Shake until well combined and cold.
  • Pouring drink into a glass.
    Step 3
    Strain into martini glass, or pour all ingredients into a low ball glass, and serve over ice.
  • Cumulus Cloud on a white plate.
    Step 4
    Sip... Enjoy!!
