The Dutch know their liquors, and this cocktail is one fine example. It's a creamy cocktail featuring Dutch Advocaat, which is a thick brandy and egg yolk-based liqueur that has a custard-like taste. It's mixed with Ketel One Dutch vodka and topped off with a generous splash of cream and a light dusting of cocoa powder. It's delicious!
