Crème Anglaise Cocktail
2 ozadvocaat (dutch liquor)
1 ozvodka (dutch ketel one brand recommended)
1/2 ozsingle cream (or light cream with 18% fat content)
1/2 cupice cubes
1 generous pinchcocoa powder
How to Make Crème Anglaise Cocktail
- Place ice in cocktail shaker. Pour Advocaat, vodka and cream over the ice. Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds or until well blended and slightly frothy.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass (martini glass). Sprinkle a light dusting of cocoa powder on top, and serve immediately.
