This drink is very easy to enjoy on the heat of summer or in the holiday spirit when the snow is falling.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened and not from concentrate)
  • 1 cup ginger beer
  • 1 - packet ofsplenda or it's equal – adds just enough sweetness while making the drink guilt free and diabetic friendly.
  • 1 small handful of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • - a few lime slices

How To Make cranberry ginger cocktail, diabetic

  • Step 1
    Add some ice to your glass along with the cranberries and limes. Mix in the vodka, cranberry juice and ginger beer and Splenda. Add a straw and enjoy!
