Ingredients
- 4 ounces water
- 1 pint pint spirits (i use brandy)
- 1 pound caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons rounded of very aromatic freshly ground coffee (not the instant variety!)
How To Make coffee liqueur

Step 11.Place the spirits in a bottle or jar and mix in the coffee, which must have been ground just prior to using.

Step 2Leave for 2 weeks, shaking the bottle 3 times a week.

Step 3Prepare a syrup with the water and sugar, boiling just for a minute.

Step 4Cool and add to the bottle. Shake well.

Step 5Leave to stand again for 2 or 3 days.

Step 6Filter well and bottle. It is really well worth the work, believe me... it is delicious
