cinnamon roll cocktail
I love RumChata, and I love experimenting with new cocktails that use this creamy, delicious liquor. This is one of my most recent (and favorite) RumChata cocktail recipes. It's a good after-dinner drink or whenever you want a special sweet treat. It's so good, and it's so simple to make with only 2 ingredients -- RumChata and Kahlua liqueur. It tastes like a delicious cinnamon roll from the bakery.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces rumchata liquor
- 1 ounce kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1 cup fresh ice cubes - divided
How To Make cinnamon roll cocktail

Step 1Fill a short rocks glasses with about 1/2 cup fresh ice cubes (I didn't really measure precisely). Set ice-filled glass aside.

Step 2Put remaining 1/2 cup of ice into a cocktail shaker. Pour RumChata and Kahlua into shaker. Add lid, and shake vigorously until well combined.

Step 3Pour over ice in the rocks glass, and serve immediately.

Step 4If you want to share, you can split this among two large shot glasses (without fresh ice).
