chef meastro's pineapple & tobasco martini
This cocktail is fantastic. It was taught to us by a professional chef during a cooking class we took in Mexico. It sounds really weird but it's actually wonderful! Cheers!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 1/2 ounces cointreau orange liqueur
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 slice pineapple in syrup
- 1 teaspoon tobasco sauce
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
How To Make chef meastro's pineapple & tobasco martini

Step 1Mix together the tablespoon of sugar and the teaspoon of chili powder. Set aside.

Step 2Blend tequila and cointreau, pineapple and pineapple juice, tobasco sauce, with ice until frozen and blended.

Step 3Slightly dip the edge of the cup in orange juice.

Step 4Slightly dip the edge of the cup in the mix of chilli powder and sugar.

Step 5Garnish with a triangle of fresh pineapple & a cherry if desired.
