This festival cocktail was created for our Christmas dinner celebration and I wanted to share with you-cheers!

Ingredients

  • 100 ml
    grenadine syrup
  • 200 ml
    peppermint liqueur
  • 75 ml
    amarula liqueur
  • 200 ml
    cream - well chilled overnight
  • 10
    maraschino cherries
  • 1
    slab peppermint crisp chocolate

How to Make Celebration Cocktail

Step-by-Step

  1. in a 2.0 liter glass dish,combine the chilled cream and amarula cream liqueur and set aside.
  2. place 10 shot glasses in a row on a counter/table top.
  3. carefully and slowly pour in (+ -) 10 ml of grenadine into each glass.
  4. carefully and slowly pour over (+ -) 20 ml of peppermint liqueur into each glass.
  5. gently pour the flavored cream over the back of a teaspoon,almost to the rim of the shot glasses.
  6. sprinkle each shot glass lightly with crushed peppermint crisp chocolate or place a maraschino cherry on top of the cream.
  7. serve immediately.
