This festival cocktail was created for our Christmas dinner celebration and I wanted to share with you-cheers!

Ingredients

  • 100 milliliters grenadine syrup
  • 200 milliliters peppermint liqueur
  • 75 milliliters amarula liqueur
  • 200 milliliters cream - well chilled overnight
  • 10 - maraschino cherries
  • 1 - slab peppermint crisp chocolate

How To Make celebration cocktail

  • Step 1
    in a 2.0 liter glass dish,combine the chilled cream and amarula cream liqueur and set aside.
  • Step 2
    place 10 shot glasses in a row on a counter/table top.
  • Step 3
    carefully and slowly pour in (+ -) 10 ml of grenadine into each glass.
  • Step 4
    carefully and slowly pour over (+ -) 20 ml of peppermint liqueur into each glass.
  • Step 5
    gently pour the flavored cream over the back of a teaspoon,almost to the rim of the shot glasses.
  • Step 6
    sprinkle each shot glass lightly with crushed peppermint crisp chocolate or place a maraschino cherry on top of the cream.
  • Step 7
    serve immediately.
