cc's irish coffee
With Fall around the corner (let's hope so) we'll all be ready for those belly warmer drinks. This is my take on an Irish Coffee. Everyone I know enjoys them and always asks for seconds. Now I have to tell you, I NEVER measure when making these. For the sake of the recipe I have put down measures to use as guidelines. The Creme De Menthe is strictly for appearance sake.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces irish whiskey
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 ounces strong hot coffee
- 2-3 dashes kahlua
- - whipped cream for topping
- - creme de menthe (optional)
How To Make cc's irish coffee

Step 1Stir whiskey, brown sugar, coffee and kahlua together in a mug.

Step 2Top with whipped cream.

Step 3Optional: Drizzle with creme de menthe.
