This cocktail was (to the best of my knowledge) first created at Chili's Restaurant. It's no longer on Chili's menu, so I thought it best to jot down the ingredients and save the cocktail recipe here so it's available whenever I care to enjoy this tasty tropical cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 orange wedge (for garnish)
- 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
- 1 1/4 ounces spiced rum (captain morgan's recommended)
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 4 oz ounces orange juice (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 splash - rose's lime juice
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
How To Make calypso cooler

Step 1First prepare fruit skewer by placing orange wedge and cherry on a toothpick; set aside.

Step 2Add ice to a 16-oz glass. Pour all of the liquors and juices (rum to grenadine) into the glass in the order listed. Don't stir.

Step 3Garnish with the fruit skewer, and serve immediately with a straw.
