- 1 2/3 cups Cuervo especial gold tequila
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 cup water
- FINISHING:
- lime wedges
- coarse salt
How To Make cadillac margarita

Step 1In a glass container, combine the tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, and lime zest. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2Add water and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, but not more than 24 hours. Strain into a pitcher.

Step 3Rub the rims of 6 margarita glasses with the lime wedges, then dip the rims into the coarse salt. If desired, add ice to the glasses, or serve straight up. You can decorate the glasses with a slice of lime.
