butterbeer jello bites
These are not your old college days "jello shots" in the little plastic cups - these are their grown-up versions. I serve several different colors and flavors at all my events and supper clubs just to get things started on the right note!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cream soda
- 2 packages knox gelatin
- 1/3 cup vanilla vodka
- 2/3 cup butterscotch schnapps
- - large colored sugar crystals
How To Make butterbeer jello bites

Step 1Pour soda in medium saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin; allow to soak for 1-2 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vodka and schnapps.

Step 2Pour into standard glass loaf pan; put into refrigerator until set. Cut into small squares.
