- - 1 oz. white rum
- - 1/2 oz. dark crème de cacao
- - 1/4 oz. crème de menthe
- - 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- - chocolate shavings, to decorate
How To Make brown cow

Step 1Put the rum, crème de cacao ,crème de menthe, and ice cream in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on low speed until smooth and well mixed. Pour drink into a champagne flute. Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve at once. Serves 1 The Golden Book of Chocolate
