Ingredients

- 1 to 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup brand
- 2/3 cup creme de cacao
- 1/2 cup hazelnut liqueur
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

How To Make brandy ice

Step 1

Process 1 quart of the ice cream, brandy, and liqueurs in blender til smooth. Add enough of the remaining 1/2 quart ice cram til a pourable consistency is achieved, processing constantly. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the nutmeg. Serves 12
