bourbon slushes

My mom has nine brothers and sisters. Every year on Christmas Eve, the whole family gets together to celebrate and the siblings take turns bringing the slushes. They are still served in my grandma's punch bowl and glass set that has been kept safe since she passed away in 1996. Sooo good! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do:)

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can frozen orange juice (16oz), thawed
- 1 can frozen lemonade (12oz), thawed
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups hot tea (1bag)
- 2 cups bourbon
- - 7up, optional
How To Make bourbon slushes

Step 1Prepare hot tea and add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Mix the rest of the ingredients except 7up and freeze. Pour 7up on top when ready to serve, if using.
