Excellent for fried shrimp and shrimp cocktail....This is the best cocktail sauce we have ever tasted. We like it so much that when we go out to a restaurant to have shrimp, I usually make it right at the table. Once, the restaurant was out of their regular canned cocktail sauce, and so I made the sauce! The chef came out, tasted it, and said it was good and asked how I made it....no big secret, the ingredients are right in your pantry! Enjoy! 2 photos are my own.

The above measurements are approximations. The more mustard you add, the more it will turn the ketchup pink. You want it to have a slight salmon color when mixed. The salt may need to be adjusted to your taste, more or less. Mix and serve or chill. Lemon if you prefer. Use with your favorite fried shrimp or make an elegant shrimp cocktail. Enjoy!
