I went on a cruise several years ago with some friends. WE really loved the martini bar, and tried to sample every one on the menu. When I got home I looked online for a Blue Martini recipe, and finally settled on putting several together. You just have to keep experimenting until you have the flavor. This is my Blue Martini as I remember it from our cruise.

blue curacao
2 oz

vodka
2 oz

sweet & sour cocktail mix
1 sheet

twisted lemon peel for garnish

How To Make blue martini

Place some ice into a cocktail shaker.

Add the Blue Curacao, Vodka, and sweet & sour mix.

Shake until it is cold. Pour into Martini glass. ENJOY!
